Redefining Culture Consulting

At Cultivara Consulting, our name embodies our mission: to cultivate unique, thriving organizational cultures. We bring practical, research-backed solutions to the forefront of healthcare, technology, and education industries. Our services, from organizational restructuring and scalable management & leadership development programs to executive coaching and talent process redesign, are aimed at making organizations more efficient, leaders more effective & inclusive, and incentives more aligned with your desired culture.

Why Cultivara?

At Cultivara Consulting, our organization & culture transformation approach is Culturally-Grounded, Human-Centered, and AI-Enhanced:

Culturally-Grounded:  We conduct in-depth analyses into your organization's microcultures and demographics, often with the aid of AI, to reveal aspects of your culture that may be unknown. This process is crucial for senior leadership and informs our solution design, ensuring they are authentically aligned with your organization's unique context.

Human-Centered:  We focus on improving culture for those who need it most, often the underrepresented. By building solutions with these groups, we ensure that their voices and needs are central to our strategy. This approach also encompasses our commitment to doing things WITH and AS our clients, not TO them, emphasizing collaboration over product imposition.

AI-Enhanced:  Our use of AI for strategic assessments and measurements provides clients with insightful, data-driven solutions. We aim to work ourselves out of a job, teaching clients to independently derive insights from their data, which we provide transparently.

Our approach is distinguished by its emphasis on collaboration, empowerment, and accessibility. Our affordability and commitment to the movement for positive change are integral, often resulting in our services being offered at very accessible prices, or even for free. This human-centered approach is a testament to our dedication to empowering clients, fostering self-sufficiency over dependency, and sets us apart from traditional consulting firms.
